REVIEW : NITERAIN - VENDETTA (2016)

Niterain are hailing from Norway and are rightly considered one of the biggest hopes of today's 'new' Sleaze Metal / Hard Rock scene. Their sound refers to bands such as Motley Crue, Ratt, Crashdiet and Jetboy to name a few.

Basically, if someone will listen to their brand new opus, entitled "Vendetta", will come into mind the sound of the first two Motley Crue records!!!! Yes, Niterain is that good!!!

Raw, rough and with the right attitude Niterain is the 'right' band to travel us back in the sleaze/glam metal sound of the mid 80's. The band in the recent years have toured enough and played in several gigs (Rocklahoma, Sweden Rock Festival and in Norway Rock Festival) and shared stages with big names such as L.A. Guns and Steel Panther and achieve to 'build', step by step, a strong reputation around its name in this difficult and so competitive scene!!

Surely the voice of Baz, the lead singer, reminiscent of Vince Neil, as well as their songs 'smell' Motley Crue, Shotgun Messiah, Crashdiet and Ratt from miles away and most definitely Niterain's has this 'bad boy' image that makes the whole 'package' a must for every sleaze metal fan out there and at the end makes 'Vendetta' a true gem for the freaks of the aforementioned bands.

For sure Niterain with "Vendetta" delivers a great and a kinda of nostalgic record that achievesto reminisce the glorious days of sleaze-glam metal when bands such as Motley Crue, Shotgun Messiah, Tigertailz ruled the airwaves and MTV. Yes, "Vendetta" is that good!!!

Rating : 8,5/10
